“My name is Matteo Giarrè and I deal with design applied to tableware, both for the world of hospitality - hence catering, restaurants and hotels - and for the home. We are presenting two collections in collaboration with FiammettaV at the Salone del Mobile 2022: the first one is called 'Sushi Surf' and is a line of trays inspired by the shapes of surfboards and suitable for serving sushi, raw seafood and other dishes. The second is called 'Vaso Ibrido' (Hybrid Vase) and is a multifunctional object that can be used as a breadstick holder, a single flower vase, a diffuser holder, a candle holder, combining various functions at the same time. Aesthetically, it features a minimalist architectural design with rigorous and essential forms.”
